Moke Lake Reserve
Close to Queenstown is peaceful Moke Lake Reserve, a place for camping, fishing and swimming (in summer). There are many hiking trails in this area. One leads from the lake to Sefferstown, an abandoned 1880s gold town, then on to Arthur's Point. Along the way you'll see sluiced out terraces, boulders and tunnels from the gold rush days.
